Fall in Chicago is always a beautiful time of year. And today in particular many Chicagoans have an extra pep in their step because of a little win at Wrigley Field this weekend that sent the Cubs to the World Series.
Here at H.O.M.E. we are having a beautiful season as well. This fall we are welcoming several new faces to the H.O.M.E. team. While each new member has come to us in different ways, each is committed to our mission to help seniors in Chicago maintain their independence.
Each will take a role in putting smile on the faces of the seniors we serve!
