May is Older Americans Month - a time to celebrate the talents, contributions, and value of older adults to our communities. The theme this year is Engage at Every Age which emphasizes that "you are never too old (or young) to take part in activities that can enrich your physical, mental, and emotional well-being."
Throughout the month on our blog, we'll be highlighting senior talent, how to engage to stay healthy as you age, and how programs for seniors like ours can help older adults stay independent and connected to their communities.
I hope you'll sign up below to read more each week. Or you can follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin for even more this Older Americans Month!
To kick off the month, we thought we'd share some of our past posts that can help you Enagage at Every Age.
