New Years Brunch with seniors

Happy New Year everyone!

What could be a better start in the new year than having champagne and a nice and relaxed brunch on Sunday? Our valued volunteer guest chef Anna, who is coming regularly to Pat Crowley House and cooks for the seniors on weekends, made it possible. Including Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin, Spinach Quiche, Black-Eyed Pea Crab Cakes, Amaranth Porridge and Apple-Julep, the residents got indulged once more by Anna's culinary skills.
