Good Life Residences at Nathalie Salmon House
The Nathalie Salmon House opened in May 1994 and provides comfortable intergenerational living on each of its five floors. Located in Rogers Park, this 54-unit building is a fully handicapped accessible facility that accommodates 42 seniors, six resident assistants, and four families.
The first floor of the Nathalie Salmon House has an array of amenities, including a kitchen, a community room, a fitness area, and a garden room with a library and computers. The office of the property manager is also located on the first floor. The second, third and fourth floors offer 28 private apartments for seniors (studios, one and two bedrooms), two studio apartments for resident assistants and four three-bedroom apartments for families with children.
The fifth floor is the Good Life Senior Residences, where up to 15 seniors and four resident assistants live in community and receive two home-cooked meals served family-style each day, in addition to self-serve breakfast options and assistance with housekeeping and laundry. Our Good Life Coordinator and social work interns assist residents with benefits and entitlements and coordinate referrals for other services.
