The Nathalie Salmon House opened in May 1994 and lends itself to comfortable intergenerational living on each of its five floors. Located in Roger's Park, this 54-unit building is a fully handicapped accessible facility that accommodates 48 seniors, seven students, and four families.

The first floor of the Nathalie Salmon House has an array of amenities, including a kitchen, a common dining room, a community room, a recreation area, a garden room, a library, and a family apartment. The offices of the property manager and volunteer coordinator are also located on the first floor. The second, third and fourth floors offer 27 one and two bedroom apartments for independent elderly, 3 studio apartments for resident assistants and 3 three-bedroom apartments for families with children. The fifth floor is an assisted living community for 14 frail elderly who need some assistance with their daily activities.
