Our services—H.O.M.E. is pleased and proud to be partnering with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services/Senior Services-Area Agency on Aging, with the generous support of the Chicago Community Trust, to offer BenefitsCheckUps to seniors in our own programs and in communities throughout Chicago. We will assist clients in completing BCU questionnaires and in applying for identified benefits and services, with the goal of assisting 250 seniors through the process in 2010.
